It all forced me to reconsider something I'd resisted for years.
For much of my life, I've been able to perceive patterns, inside of patterns and pinpoint the seminal issues to unlock all the blocks in people that weren't at all obvious.
Sometimes it was the tension behind a decision.
Sometimes it was a voice note.
Sometimes it was a breath that didn’t match.
Sometimes it was a color that didn’t fall in line with the other colors of success and harmony.
Sometimes an emotional pattern.
Sometimes something about the way a person was operating that they never could put into words.
I saw these patterns in entrepreneurs, business leaders, and people who were trying to change their lives.
And over the years, I developed Energetic Solutions methods to help them recognize and work with what I'd observed.
But there was one word I was reluctant to embrace.
I thought it was just too far out there, even for me who was on the front of fringe. It was frequency.
Not because I thought it was meaningless.
Quite the opposite.
Because I understood how easily the conversation could disappear into vague claims and language that made people stop listening. Basically it was too woo woo and I was a practical results kinda person.
I wanted to help people.
I wanted the work to be useful.
And I wanted what I was doing to be taken seriously enough to consider that there was more than the usual strategy and tactic stuff.
So I kept exploring, training others, and un-learning.
Then the AI revolution arrived.
I had been saying for years that someone needed to AI my methodology and my ways of getting to the heart of an issue and ultimately getting fast results.
And as I began looking at what these new technologies could do, I saw an opportunity.
What if some of the patterns I'd been exploring for decades could be made accessible to people through an entirely new kind of technology?
What if someone's voice could become an entry point into greater self-awareness and true transformation?
Some of your are saying ‘yeah she already knew that’ or saying ‘but I already know this’.
But…
What if advanced analysis could identify measurable patterns that a person would never recognize simply by listening to themselves?
And what if all of this could happen without someone having to come and see me personally?
That possibility was exciting enough.
But it wasn't enough for me.
Because I've watched people spend fortunes trying to understand themselves.
They collect reports.
They acquire knowledge.
They discover things they want to change.
And then what?
They're still left wondering what to do next.
I didn't want to build one more technology that handed someone information and sent them away to figure everything out.
I wanted to create something that would take the next step with them.
Something immediate.
Something personal.
Something they could use in an ordinary day, whether they were overwhelmed, exhausted, mentally scattered, or simply looking to feel and function better.
So I began looking more closely at the scientific research.
Voice acoustics.
Frequency patterns.
The emerging field of vocal biomarkers.
And the possibilities for using AI to identify patterns in complex signals.
Then came the hard part.
Finding someone who could actually help build what I could envision. Because I didn't want a nice theory.
I wanted to take something that felt like it belonged twenty years in the future and make it available today.
I found the right technical collaborator. And together, we began building. Testing. Refining.
Discovering what worked and what needed improvement.
Until the idea became something real. myYangu.
A platform where someone can speak into their phone, receive personalized voice-based insights, and explore three recommended remedies without waiting for an appointment or mastering a complicated process.
And even after years of working with people and their patterns, I continue to find the experiences people share surprising.
Because what began as a question has become something people can use.
I didn't build myYangu because I wanted to be in the AI business.
I built it because I wanted more people to have access to personalized support when they actually need it.
Not someday.
Not after they've exhausted every other option.
Right there, in the moment they decide they want to feel different.
And that brings me to the one thing I believe most wellness technology is still missing.
